No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment does not increase your chances of winning.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The winners will have ten (10) business days from the date of notification to accept the prize via Direct Messaging (DM) @funpackshopofficial as will be stated in the WINNERS BOARD notification Post. Internet access and valid email and address required to participate and if applicable to redeem discount upon checkout.
If the winners do not respond within ten (10) business days from the date of notification, the winners forfeit their rights to the prize.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, nickname, photograph, and/or statements for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to: advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in perpetuity and worldwide, in any and all media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Giveaway Prize will be shipped via standard shipping to the address provided by Winners within two (2) weeks after the winners have accepted the prizes. From time to time at the discretion of funpackshop.com, LLC Management, we may include additional bonus prizes such as Gift Discount Coupon Codes. If this is an active prize it will be included in the comments section of the GIVEAWAY fun ALERT post and if active, would be awarded via DM and can be used to receive up to the prize amount in www.funpackshop.com merchandise. Codes are valid for 30 days from the date of receiving and any remaining unused portion of the prize will be forfeited. One Promo Code may be used only per order.
